 Turkey or lean beef mince





This recipe is an excellent option to add to a wrap for lunch, combined with some stir fry vegetables. Another great option is to add this to a cup of rice with some vegetables and cashews.


INGREDIENTS:

  • Packet of mince
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt and Pepper 



DIRECTIONS:

Heat the oil in the pan and add the garlic.

Once you start to smell the garlic, add in the packet of mince and your seasonings.

Stir the seasonings through and cook until the mince is done.


This is best stored in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
